On June 1, 2026, Centerspace announced a strategic portfolio optimization and deleveraging plan involving the sale of approximately $245 million in assets. The plan includes a full exit from the Bismarck and Rapid City markets to reduce total debt by an estimated $175 million to $190 million. These dispositions are expected to close in the second half of 2026.
