About the Service
Firelda.ai is an independent service built and operated by Fireld. The service lets you
track your stock investments by pasting data from Avanza, and get AI-driven analysis
of your holdings.
Important: The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
AI analyses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
Always do your own research before making investment decisions.
Data We Collect
When you use Firelda.ai we collect the following information:
- Account information: Email address, name (optional), password (encrypted)
- Portfolio data: The holdings you paste from Avanza (company names, quantities, values)
- Usage data: Login times, import history
We do not collect national ID numbers, bank details, or other sensitive
personal information beyond what you provide.
How We Use Your Data
- Portfolio display: Show your holdings and calculate returns
- AI analysis: Send company names to AI services (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI) to retrieve information about companies
- History: Save snapshots over time so you can track your progress
AI analysis: When we analyse companies we send
only the company name to the AI services – not your personal data, share counts,
or values. AI analysis is done at a global level and is shared across all users.
Sharing of Data
We never share your personal portfolio data with third parties, except:
- AI providers: Company names are sent for analysis (see above)
- Technical services: Hosting and database (secure EU-based infrastructure)
- Legal requirements: When we are required by law to disclose information
Your Rights (GDPR)
As a user you have the right to:
- Access: See all data we hold about you
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
- Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
- Export: Receive your data in a readable format

Security
- Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt)
- All communication is over HTTPS
- Sessions are time-limited
- Protection against brute-force attacks (account lockout after repeated failed logins)
Cookies
We use two types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary: Session cookies to keep you logged in.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) to analyse traffic and improve the service – e.g. how many people search, click the buy button or complete payment. You can decline these via our cookie banner.
