About the Service

Firelda.ai is an independent service built and operated by Fireld. It provides AI-driven stock monitoring and analysis — watchlist, weekly brief, alerts, and public company reports — for investors who make their own decisions.

Important: Firelda provides general information and analysis, not personal investment advice. Content does not consider your financial situation or goals. Investments can rise and fall in value. Always do your own research.

Data We Collect

When you use Firelda.ai we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Email address, name (optional)
  • Watchlist and monitoring: Companies you add to your watchlist and related settings
  • Usage data: Login times, interactions with the service

We do not collect national ID numbers, bank details, or other sensitive personal information beyond what you provide.

How We Use Your Data

  • Monitoring and analysis: Display watchlist, analyses, weekly brief, and alerts
  • AI analysis: Process company names and public sources via third-party AI services to generate general company analysis
  • Subscription and billing: Manage Firelda Watch and related purchases via payment provider
AI analysis: Analysis is based on public sources and shared between users at company level. We do not send your identity to AI providers to produce personal advice. The same general analysis is shown to everyone reading the same company report.

Sharing of Data

We never share your personal portfolio data with third parties, except:

  • AI providers: Company names are sent for analysis (see above)
  • Technical services: Hosting and database (secure EU-based infrastructure)
  • Legal requirements: When we are required by law to disclose information

Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user you have the right to:

  • Access: See all data we hold about you
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate information
  • Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export: Receive your data in a readable format

Security

  • Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt)
  • All communication is over HTTPS
  • Sessions are time-limited
  • Protection against brute-force attacks (account lockout after repeated failed logins)

Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: Session cookies to keep you logged in.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) to analyse traffic and improve the service – e.g. how many people search, click the buy button or complete payment. You can decline these via our cookie banner.
  • First-party visit measurement: We log page views and anonymised interaction (e.g. scroll depth, dwell time, and CTA clicks) using hashed IP addresses, referrer data, and technical attributes. If you arrive via a tracked link from our posts, an opaque attribution parameter (utm_id) may be linked to that specific post. This is used to measure traffic and improve the service, not to sell data.

We do not use advertising cookies. On some analysis pages we load a price chart from TradingView; when the chart is shown, TradingView may receive technical request data (e.g. IP address). Read more in Google's privacy policy.

Terms of Use and Legal Information

Nature of the service

Firelda.ai is a digital information and analysis tool for stock monitoring. Firelda is not an investment firm, broker, or investment adviser under applicable Swedish or EEA financial services law, and is not authorised or registered for investment advice, portfolio management, or securities business.

No client or advisory relationship

Using the service does not create a client, advisory, management, or other fiduciary relationship between you and Fireld. We do not know and do not take into account your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, tax or legal position, or other circumstances relevant to personal investment advice. You alone are responsible for assessing whether information in the service is appropriate for you.

General information — not personal investment advice

All content in the service — including signals (e.g. buy/hold/sell), risk assessments, sentiment, bull/bear cases, and alerts — is general, non-personal information based on public sources and automated analysis. The same content may be shown to multiple users. It is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold securities, and must not be relied on alone when making investment decisions.

Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)

Firelda does not provide inside information and has no access to non-public information about financial instruments. Content is based on publicly available data and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. You must not use the service in breach of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) or other applicable law — for example by trading on inside information, disclosing such information, or otherwise abusing the market. Firelda does not encourage or facilitate market abuse.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for purpose, or that the service will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fireld shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost returns, loss of data, or other consequential damages arising from or in connection with use of — or inability to use — the service, including investment losses based on content in the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law (e.g. intent or gross negligence).

Summary

  • The service is provided without warranties
  • AI analyses are auto-generated and may contain errors
  • Nothing in the service constitutes financial advice or personal recommendations
  • You are responsible for your own investment decisions and compliance with applicable law, including MAR
  • We are not liable for investment losses or other damages as set out in the limitation of liability above

We may update these terms when needed. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the service.
