On August 28, 2026, Cytokinetics presented positive Phase 3 ACACIA-HCM trial results for aficamten at the ESC Congress 2026 and published them in The New England Journal of Medicine. The trial met both dual primary endpoints in patients with symptomatic non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The company plans to submit a supplemental New Drug Application to the U.S. FDA in the fourth quarter of 2026.
