Under the terms of the arrangement, Crestpoint acquired all outstanding trust units not held by Minto or senior officers for C$18.00 per unit in cash. In connection with the completion of the transaction, the trust units were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of trading on August 6, 2026.
