On September 7, 2026, Rejlers and Multiconsult announced plans to combine through a merger of equals to form the pan-Nordic engineering consultancy group Multiconsult Rejlers AB. Under the merger plan, Multiconsult shareholders will receive 0.9725 new class B shares in Rejlers for each Multiconsult share, resulting in 54% ownership for Multiconsult shareholders and 46% for Rejlers shareholders. The combined group will maintain a dual listing on Nasdaq Stockholm and Euronext Oslo Børs.
