On September 10, 2026, Impinj announced private exchange agreements to retire approximately $56.3 million in principal of its 1.125% convertible senior notes due 2027. The transaction will be funded with approximately $56.5 million in cash on hand and roughly 188,451 shares of common stock. Following the closing, approximately $1.0 million of the 2027 convertible notes will remain outstanding.
