In August 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted final court approval for the acquisition of kneat.com by an affiliate of Thoma Bravo in an all-cash deal valuing the company at approximately C$622 million. Kneat shareholders overwhelmingly voted in favor of the transaction at a special meeting held on July 30, 2026. The transaction is expected to close in August 2026, after which the company will be taken private and delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
